Q: Do you have a franchise program?
A: We’re excited you’re interested in our
company’s growth. At this time, we do not have a franchise
program in place. Our units are corporately owned and managed
by our company Twistee Treat USA. Please continue to check our

Q: Does Twistee Treat USA Dairy Mix contain
eggs?
A: Twistee Treat USA Dairy Mix does not
contain eggs!

Q: Do Twistee Treat USA ice cream products
contain gluten?
A: Twistee Treat USA ice cream in a cup is
100 % gluten free! Additionally, any candies that have a flour
component to them will contain gluten.

Q: Are any Twistee Treat USA products
dairy-free?
A: All of our slushies are dairy-free.

Q: Is Twistee Treat USA a nut-free
environment?
A: Twistee Treat USA cannot guarantee that
products will be 100% nut-free. Our products may contain
traces of peanuts and other nut related allergens, either
prepared on-site or at the manufacturing facility.

Q: Where can I sign up to become a Loyalty
member?
A: You can only sign up for our loyalty
program at our stores.

Q: How can I check how many points I have?
A: Please visit any of our stores to find out
how many points you have accumulated.

Fundraising

Q: What is Twistee Treat USA’s form of
fundraising?
A: Twistee Treat USA’s form of fundraising is
our Spirit Nights! This is a night promoted by your group
where a partial amount of proceeds during a set time and date
will be donated to the organization. Please read additional
information below and if you want to set up a Spirit Night
with us, please complete the form by clicking
here.

  1. Tell us which Cone will be hosting your Spirit Night. We will
    get you in touch with the Cone Manager to collect necessary
    information. We need to make sure we have all the correct
    information to insure the money goes to the correct
    organization.
  1. Choose a date and time for the event. Please choose a date
    with at least a 2-week notice. This allows time for paperwork
    to get filed and time for you to promote your event.
  1. Promote! Talk about it, use social media, make flyers, and
    tell your friends and family. The more you promote, the better
    turnout you will have. Soliciting on property is not
    permitted, however we are happy to help you get the word out
    by putting up signs on our Cone and posting on social media.
  1. Twistee Treat will host your event. This is where the Smile
    Makers take over for you. We will be adequately staffed to
    ensure you and your guests have a great visit. Your guests
    will show up and order like a normal Twistee Treat visit,
    except they need to tell the Smile Maker they are here to
    support you! The Smile Makers will mark the transaction so we
    can give you proper credit. At the end of the event the
    manager will total up the transactions and turn the necessary
    paperwork in to the accounting department.
  1. You receive your check. Within 35 days you should receive a
    check for 20% of the sales your Spirit Night event raised. We
    will need a W-9 before hand!
